    Sean I have to tell you, I met a complete stranger earlier in the week and we got chatting in the elevator and he said he was going to Alaska, I said that I was too and had just booked a cruise the night before. Long story short, he was very surprised that I arranged and booked a cruise in one call, he had made a total of 20 phone calls to other companies and still was not convinced he was totally booked as the service and response was so atrocious. He is travelling the same week as us, so I was more than happy to gloat about the great experience I had. He said he would definitely be using your organization next time (and so will we).

    Sean Just wanted to let you know that our trip to Cozumel that you arranged turned out to be the greatest time we have ever had!!!! The Reef Club must have really turned things around because the people, the food and the surroundings were heaven on earth. I would not hesitate to recommend this all inclusive to anyone. The only down side to the whole thing was the flights on the way home (two planes taken out of commission) were delayed but thanks to your giving us big connection times we made it home on time. Thanks for your expertise. We will definitely be using Cheap Tickets Canada again for our next trip.

As i was looking for my usual agency i saw your ad for Cheap Tickets Canada and thought….what the heck, I’ll poke in and see what you have. Well you have Marc! What a delightful and professional agent he is! I really felt that he truly cared for me and my daughters’ flight experience. He seemed concerned for comfortable connections and flight times.     I would like to commend the work of your employee, Aleksandra, in dealing with my travel insurance claim. Aleks has been very competent in her liaison with me and the Travel Insurance Company over the past several months. She has ably sorted through all the twists and turns along the way and succeeded in getting the denial of my claim reversed by the insurance company. Aleks has also been unfailingly polite in her dealings with me, even when I was frustrated with the confusion over the insurance policy.
